Tree shea butta products are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please make note before making a purchasing.

 

We do our very best to provide quality products you will love for your skin and hair. We want our customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If your not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us WITHIN 14 DAYS of

receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution 

 

Please return all items in new condition, unused or not damaged within 14 days

with a recommended tracking number.

 

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customers are responsible for re-shipping fees.

 

Shipping is refunded only if the items was shipped incorrectly or damaged.

 

Credit will always be issued to the same method of  payment for which they

were paid for.

 

Please include the packing list that came with your order in your return
